Born from a Vision to Transform Healthcare Education
In 2020, Alam Hospital & Research Centre took a meaningful step towards strengthening healthcare education by establishing Ideal Academy of Paramedical Science. The vision was simple yet purposeful: to create an institution where aspiring healthcare professionals could learn through quality education, practical training, and meaningful clinical exposure.
As a unit of Alam Hospital & Research Centre, the Academy was designed around a powerful belief: the best healthcare professionals are developed through a combination of knowledge, experience, and hands-on learning.
From the very beginning, students have been given the opportunity to learn in a fully functional multispecialty hospital environment. They gain practical exposure to modern medical equipment, observe and participate in clinical procedures under expert supervision, and learn alongside experienced doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals. This hospital-based approach helps students connect their academic knowledge with real-world clinical practice.
Over the years, Ideal Academy has trained more than 1,000 students, helping aspiring healthcare professionals develop the technical skills, confidence, and professional values needed to grow in their careers.
